What benefits have you experienced from using Tap Report?

We've recently shifted to having a third-party company complete all of our inspections. We're able to monitor their progress and the easy technology has allowed us to inspect areas that we were not previously tracking. Records are easily obtainable and closure of deficiencies has improved dramatically.

Do you review inspection results with staff?

We review inspection results on a monthly basis. We're able to obtain insights that tell us when and where our fire and safety items are being used — we've never had access to this kind of information before.

What do you like most about Tap Report?

It's very easy to use. The drop-down menus are well done and the timestamp on inspections is an excellent feature. The tracking of deficiencies is really easy too and helps us stay on course.
